Awesome Abs Exercise

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, placing your arms straight out, and bring your chest to your knees. This is a very easy
exercise to do because the movement is short and the back is taken out of play as in regular sit-ups. Because of this the muscles of the stomach, waist, and abdomen are fully concentrated on and derive the full benefit from this exercise. This works on the same principle as some of those very expensive ab machines you've seen advertised on TV, only this is free and won't cost you a dime. Do this exercise up to 150 times (reps) non-stop to give yourself those awesome abs and lose inches off your waist.
